Welcome, Welcome to City 17, You have Chosen, or Been Chosen to relocate to one of our finest remaining urban centers. I thought so much of city 17 that i decided to setup my administration here. NOT! sure this city has civilans, no crime, and good police, but what good are they when 16 PLAYERS COME TO TOWN AND START RIPPIN' IT UP!?
