Outpost Rio Classic for Halo Custom Edition
Winter 2552: Shortly after the first Halo was destroyed, a second was detected in another part of the galaxy. Sixteen Spartans were immediately pulled out of training and dispatched to investigate.
As their small ship approached the Halo, there was a sharp burst of light and sound; their craft began plummeting toward the ring. One of the Spartans was just able to gain control of the ship enough to crash land near a mountain complex.
The Spartans stumbled out of the craft to discover that the ship was totaled, and would not be able to get them back home. They quickly stripped the ship of usable material and began digging in for their stay. One of the Spartans mentioned that the mountains around them and the beaches below reminded him of his childhood home, Rio de Janeiro.
While awaiting rescue the Spartans decide they might as well continue their training. They fortified the plateau and the mountain complex and begin a series of war games to continue honing their skills...
Description:
Outpost Rio is on the side of a huge mountain. As such it is a very dangerous place to be fighting. Expect to fall to your death if you are not careful. All game types are supported.
